No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Axesy for your graphic design and VFX needs.
We’re committed to delivering high-quality creative work and digital products. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Services

• All sales of digital products, including but not limited to templates, artwork, animation, and VFX assets, are final and non refundable. Once a digital file or project has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Custom Design Projects

• ​For custom design or animation projects, payments are non-refundable once the project has started. We offer revision opportunities as outlined in your agreement to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery.

3. Deposits

• All deposits made to begin a project or secure a booking with Axesy are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

• Refunds will only be considered if Axesy is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen internal reasons. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the stage of completion.

5. Agreement

• By purchasing any digital product or service from Axesy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
