• Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link or access to your files via email or your account dashboard.

2. No Physical Items

• Axesy does not ship, mail, or deliver any physical items.

• You will not receive any printed materials, disks, or other tangible products.

3. Delivery Time

• Digital products are usually available immediately after purchase.

• In rare cases (for example, custom orders or system delays), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

 

4. Issues with Access

• If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your product:

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.

  • Contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll resend your files promptly.​
